A missing key throws from createFlagFix. Storage failure does not throw from start(). Read ready and reason. track does not throw when the queue refuses work. React’s useTrack reports NOT_STARTED before start finishes.
HTTP errors use application/problem+json with type, title, status, detail, and code: BAD_REQUEST, UNAUTHORIZED, FORBIDDEN, PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE, RATE_LIMITED.
