The SDK sends X-FlagFix-Sdk-Key. Browser options call the secret clientKey. Node options call it serverKey. apiHost is an origin with no path. The client appends /api/v1/runtime/... and /api/v1/ingest/events. If you omit apiHost, the SDK defaults to https://api.flagfix.example. Set the origin explicitly.

batching and fetchImpl are optional. The SDK does not read process.env for you. Use NEXT_PUBLIC_ only for the client key. Never prefix a server key with NEXT_PUBLIC_.
