identify attaches a user id and traits to later events and to flag evaluation. The browser SDK also keeps an anonymous id until you identify someone.
Send the user id you already use in your application. Each event keeps the ids you put on it. FlagFix does not merge an anonymous history into a logged-in profile.
reset() clears the identity and drops cached flags so the next person on the device does not inherit them.
Do not put email, phone, or secrets into traits that a client SDK will send. Prefer stable ids and attributes you already use for targeting, such as plan.
