An ingested event includes schemaVersion (1), a client eventId, kind (track or exposure), name, occurredAt, optional userId, anonymousId, sessionId, properties, context, and sdk name plus version.
properties must be a JSON object. A non-object is rejected with INVALID_PROPERTIES and retryable: false. The SDK should not retry that event.
Exposure events use the name $exposure and properties such as featureKey, variant, and configurationVersion. They travel through the same ingestion route. There is no separate exposure URL.
Identity fields on the body do not choose the project. The server derives projectId and environmentId from the SDK key.
