Event debugging

Use the receipt, diagnostics, and the 202 body.

When an event does not show up, start from the SDK:

Inspect TrackReceipt.queued and await receipt.persisted.
Call await client.diagnostics() for a snapshot of queue and storage level.
Read the ingestion response: acceptedIds, duplicateIds, and rejected[].code.
If the export is suspended after 401 or 403, isExportSuspended() is true. Fix the key, then resumeExport().
