Flush and shutdown

Drain the queue before exit.

await client.shutdown(2_000);

The argument is a timeout in milliseconds. Node’s installShutdownHandlers({ client }) flushes on process signals. The browser flushes with keepalive when the document is hidden. shutdown stops flag streaming. Do not use the client afterward.
