Create an organization
The account boundary for members, projects, and billing later.

After you sign in, create an organization from the dashboard. The organization is the boundary for members and projects. From the members screen you can invite teammates, change roles, revoke an invitation, and transfer ownership.
An organization is not an environment and not a project. Flags are not created at this level.
The invited person opens the invitation link, then signs in to accept it.
