Environments
Separate keys, snapshots, and rollout state.

An environment has its own snapshot, its own SDK keys, and its own flag drafts. Publishing in development does not change production.
You can mark an environment as production in the dashboard. That mark is a label. It does not change evaluation by itself. Client and server keys stay distinct.
Key operations on an environment: list keys, create a key, rotate, revoke, and manage restrictions. Rotation returns a new secret. Old processes keep failing once the previous secret is revoked, so deploy the new server key before revoking the old one.
