On the hosted API, each SDK key can send about 60 ingestion requests and 120 flag-evaluation requests per 60 seconds. A call past that window returns HTTP 429 and a Retry-After header. The SDK waits and retries.
A company deployment can use different limits. The response is still 429 with Retry-After when the window is exceeded. Honor that header instead of retrying immediately.
