Always false. Publish the flag in the same environment as the key. Drafts are invisible. Wait until start() is ready. A client key cannot call evaluate-all.

202 but the event seems missing. A 202 means the event was stored. Check acceptedIds and rejected, and confirm the event name matches your tracking plan.
Persistent storage refused. IndexedDB is blocked or the SQLite path is not writable.
Retries stopped. isExportSuspended() is true after 401 or 403. Call resumeExport() with a valid key.
