Events ingestion

POST /api/v1/ingest/events accepts a JSON body { events: [...] }. The generated reference lists every field. Operational guarantees from the contract:

• 202 is returned only after the events in acceptedIds are stored, and duplicates are recognized.
• Dedup key is project, environment, and eventId, derived from the SDK key.
• accepted means those events are stored.
• Maximum 100 events, 256 KiB per batch, 32 KiB per event.
• 400 for a malformed batch, 401 or 403 for the key, 413 for size, 429 for the rate window, 500 and 503 for server faults.

The response header X-FlagFix-Config-Version tells the SDK the current snapshot version so it can refresh flags after a publish.
